Relocation

The relocation of the firm to Frisco Station office complex, 4141 Frisco Green Ave. is nearing completion and it should be ready by early 2023. This move will create 110 new jobs in Frisco and Mayor Jeff Cheney has expressed his delight on the same. Additionally, private wireless network services will be provided by the company to The Star in Frisco and the Ford Center. This was announced by the company through a news release, according to local news source CommunityImpact. Their new37,000 SF headquarters is only the latest relocation of a large company into the burgeoning Frisco business landscape.

According to Johnson, “The agreement between the city of Frisco, the Frisco Economic Development Corp., the Frisco Community Development Corp., and Crow Holdings will allow Crow Holdings Office to construct four Class A office buildings and accompanying parking structures at the northeast corner of SH 121 and Spring Creek Parkway.” VP of the Frisco Economic Development Corp., Gloria Salinas, adds, “This project will bring much-needed office space to help our very full pipeline of prospects.”

Phased Development

The development will arrive in phases. According to Johnson, “SouthStone Yards will be completed in four phases. Phases 1 and 3 will each feature a 230,000-square-foot, seven-story office building with an accompanying parking structure. Phases 2 and 4 each feature a 325,000-square-foot, 10-story office building with an accompanying parking structure.”

The ground has been broken on the 80-acre Railhead development in Frisco. First proposed in 2017, this long-anticipated addition to Frisco is well underway. According to FriscoEnterprise, “…The Railhead in Frisco an 80-acre mixed-use development that is set to include multifamily units as well as a restaurant, retail, hotel, and office use and a five-acre Klyde Warren-esque park.”

Heady Investments of Plano, Texas, is the master developer for the site just off the Dallas North Tollway near Toyota Stadium and Wakeland High School. “We love being in the city of Frisco; we’re no strangers to the city of Frisco,” said Sayres Heady of Heady Investments, adding that the company was previously behind the Frisco Bridges Place office building. “So we feel really fortunate to be back.
